Ingredients for the base cupcake:
2 eggs
80 ml milk
100 g of melted dark chocolate
115 g flour
100 g caster sugar
100 g butter at room temperature.

50 cl of cold liquid cream 30%
250 g mascarpone
3/4 spoonfuls of unsweetened chocolate powder.
3/4 spoonfuls of icing sugar
Preparation for cupcakes base:
Mix butter and sugar together.
Add the eggs then mix, add the melted chocolate and mix until a homogeneous preparation is obtained.
Add the flour and the yeast then mix the all. Add the milk and remix until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Then break your kinder Bueno into several small pieces and add them then mix with a spatula.
Put boxes in your cupcake pan and fill them in 3/4 with a spoon.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Once cooked let cool.
Preparation of chocolate whipped cream:
Beat the cream and mascarpone until firm and thick.
Add the icing sugar (dosed according to your taste) and continue to whisk.
Then add 3/4 spoonfuls of unsweetened chocolate powder, mix well.
Make your topping using a socket pocket and then decorate them as you see fit!
