the mass of the catfish - fragile cake

Advertising

Ako, that yesterday we were celebrating Pentecost and ended the holiday of Great Night - I invite you, though virtually. For a bit of my this year's Mazurkas. On a crumbly, vanilla dough, though quite low (like a mazurek) - it's layered. A layer of currant powdery, proudly covered with home-made kayak, was raised proudly with a height of a layer of round biscuits. The whole thing I tried to decorate nicely with nutmeg - it was so nice and tasty ... Did you go - check it out! I will say one: it was really sweet :)

Ingredient for fragile cake:
1/2 kg of wheat flour
3/4 cup of icing sugar
3 yolks
12 dag margarine
3 tablespoons of cream
1 teaspoon of baking powder
From the ingredients we knead the crumbs. We form balls, wrap food foil and put in the fridge for an hour.
After removing the dough we divide into 2 parts (one is 3/4 of the whole dough and the other 1/4). Most of them are rolled out to the dimensions of a large baking sheet. Second, we use a smaller part to make ornamental swirls. Whole (cake + rolls of dough together) we roast about 35-40 at 180 degrees (to golden).

Ingredients for the mass of the catfish:
500 ml of milk
400 g of sugar
vanilla sugar
150 g butter
Boil the milk with sugar over low heat for about 30 minutes, until it starts to thicken slightly (the sponge will be stretched with a fluid stream, so called thread). We will study, but the mass is to be slightly warm, we add butter

Other Ingredients:
1 large jar of black currant
Small wrap of round sponges
A packet of raisins
100 g of walnuts
Some dried apricots, dates, cranberries
EXECUTION:
Crumb cake top
 We smother the currants
Biscuits (can be soaked with vanilla syrup)
 The mass of the cabbage
 delicacies
