Corsair Cake

As I have not mentioned you once, I love to modify the recipes for cakes. Sometimes a slight change in the choice of ingredients or even proportions can radically change their taste. And when we have specific ingredients in the house, we do not want to buy new ones and we do not want to repeat the same baking again - modifying the recipe is a good solution. This is how "Corsair" - sponge soaked with lemon, alcohol, coconut and chocolate finish: sweet, very creamy, with a sensible bitterness of vodka;) Ciara worthy of a real pirate with sweet disposition22 x 25 cm.

Ingredients for sponge cake:
4 eggs
¾ glass of sugar
½ cup of wheat flour
½ cup potato flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
4 tablespoons of boiled water
2-3 drops of rum flavor
We separate the proteins from the yolks and mix them with the added sugar stiffly. Then yolk, water, aroma, and mix for a while. Add the flour sifted with baking powder and gently mix. Ingredients for coconut:
200 g coconut shavings
2 cups of milk
2 small vanilla sugars
¾ glass of sugar
3 teaspoons of potato flour
4 teaspoons of wheat flour
150 g butter
