Blueberry Muffins / Blueberry Muffins

I still had a few blueberries (also called blueberries) and these simply processed for muffins. The recipe is simple and fast prepared. The muffins taste hot and cold super licker


Blue Berry Muffins

 ingredients
280 ml of buttermilk
2 Eggs Gr. M
85 g of melted butter
400 g flour
175 g of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
1 teaspoon Baking powder
250 g of blueberries

preparation
Buttermilk, eggs, and butter
Add flour, sugar, salt, lemon zest and baking powder, and stir briefly to a homogeneous mass

Lay the muffin baking tray with the muffin pan, fill the dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes - chop test!
Allow to cool briefly and remove from the baking tray
Either eat warm or who can stand it so long;), let it cool

 I have baked these muffins already in a sundae, however, since the baking time and possibly temperature must be adjusted. This depends on the filling quantity. Better go with the baking temperature and bake for longer. A rod test tells you when the muffins are ready.
The advantage of the ice-cream cups is that the muffins can be practically taken to a picnic and also the consumption of the delicious hot blueberry muffins is easier.
