Unicorn Cake

What is your taste for a unicorn cake? I at vanilla and raspberry

And exactly in these tastes, I made a small cake.

For the ground, I baked a 20% baking soda, but the lemonade replaced by mineral water and vanilla flavor.

Fruit filling:
400 gr raspberries
1 pack of vanilla pudding (powder for cooking)
1/4 L of water
raspberry syrup
- Water, pudding powder, raspberry syrup and stir
- Bring to a boil
- Stir raspberries immediately
- allow cooling slightly
- Sprinkle the raspberry pudding

2. Place the soil on the fruit.

Raspberry Yoghurt Cream:
500 gr of fruit yogurt
400 ml whipped cream
8 sheets of gelatin
Raspberries (fresh or TK)
- Soak the leaf gelatine as instructed - Wash fresh fruit and clean / defrost it and drop it - Strain cream - Add yogurt in a bowl - Squeeze leaf gelatin and heat (observe the manufacturer's instructions) - Add some yogurt to dissolved leaf gelatin - Add gelatin to the remaining yogurt And stir in - add the cream and stir - add fruit pieces to the yoghurts

Divide the yogurts into 2 parts and fill a portion on the bottom of the cake. 3. Lay the floor and spread the rest of the filling. Finish with the 4th floor.

Put the cake in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day removes the cake ring and lets the cake completely clean and smooth with ganache.

Since I wanted a tender pink, I mixed white and pink roll fondant, kneaded, rolled out and the cake was covered. A great touch of Gitzo you get when you powder the complete cake with silver color powder looks really great. I hope you can see the great effect on the photo.
