Oreo Cream Cheesecakes (Muffins)

ingredients
1 pack Oreo biscuits (12 as muffin bottom, 8 rough chops, rest for decoration)
400 g Double cream cheese
100 g of sugar
vanilla flavor
2 eggs
100 g Sour cream
1 pinch of salt
Maybe a whipped cream for topping
preparation
Preheat the oven to 135 ° C.
Place the muffin baking tray with paper forms and place one Oreo biscuit.
8 Crush the biscuits coarsely.
Stir fresh cheese smoothly with a blender or kitchen machine at medium speed. Stir in the sugar slowly and stir with the vanilla flavor.
Gradually add eggs and finally add acidic cream and salt.
Refit the chopped Oreo biscuits.
Place the dough on the muffin molds filled with Oreo biscuits and bake for about 22-28 minutes.
